Accredited Confined Space Awareness Training - 1 day
The course content has been written to comply with an awareness of the risks of working in confined spaces and the requirements they need to implement in accordance with AS: 2865 (Safe Working in Confined Spaces).
Accredited Confined Space Training - 4 day
Accredited course to comply with the criteria for Core Training Elements of the National Standard for Safe Working in a Confined Space – NOHSC and AS:2865. Includes Atmospheric Testing and Rescue. Course prerequisite requirements:Senior First Aid Certificate.
Accredited Working at Heights Training - 1 day
An on-site 1 day training course that involves understanding Australian Standards & OHS Regulations in relation to working at heights. Also includes conducting risk assessments and inspecting equipment used for working at heights.

Introduction to Risk Management for Supervisors and Employees - 3 hours
This course provides an overview of supervisor’s and employee’s roles and responsibilities to enable them to contribute to their organisation's OHS and workplace injury management system within their defined limits of authority. Includes a Risk Management workshop.
Fatigue Management - 3 hours
Fatigue Management training is designed for management and employees who are involved in shift work or road transport, and are required to implement a fatigue management plan. The training is delivered as an awareness information training session.
The Training covers:
- An improved capacity to recognise fatigue related issues
- The ability to implement strategies to reduce fatigue-related issues
- Identification and corrective action upon signs of fatigue
- Relevant legislation informing employees of their responsibilities; and
- Effective practices in combating fatigue

Accident Investigation - 4 hours
This training session includes investigating accidents & hazards in the workplace, including identifying the basic root cases of incidents, interviewing witnesses and how to analyse an accident scene. The course discusses accident prevention and identification of control measures to prevent recurrences.
Manual Handling
The session aims to increase the awareness of back care principles, causes of typical musculoskeletal injuries, discuss benefits of good posture and exercise and provides an opportunity to practice safe manual handling techniques. Includes anatomy and physiology, posture, risk factors for back injury, demonstration of stretching exercises and principles for safe manual handling. The length of the training session can be increased to meet the site requirements.
Office Ergonomics Training
This is a ‘hands on’ training course which includes a simple overview of the body’s musculoskeletal system, posture and movement affecting your body, and the importance of adjusting your workstation. Also included are ways to avoid muscular aches and fatigues, eye strain and the importance of vision breaks, the benefits of stretching exercises and examples of easy stretches to perform.
Fire/Emergency Warden Training
The aim of this training is designed to enable employees identified as Fire/Emergency Wardens to meet the Emergency Preparedness training requirements of the NSW Occupational Health and Safety Regulation 2001 in the event of an emergency.
