Job Capacity Account Service Job Capacity Account The Job Capacity Account is a new stream of funding from the Australian Government to help prepare individuals for participation in Job Network Services. Job Capacity Assessment providers will assess the work capacity of individuals and refer them directly to a Job Capacity Account service provider with a concurrent referral to a Job Network Member. Individuals can be referred by a Job Capacity assessor to a Job Capacity Account service, even if the client is already connected to the Job Network. A referral to a Job Capacity Account service is voluntary for all clients. Work Preparation Training AW Workwise understands that for many people, returning to the workforce after a long period of unemployment can be daunting. Work Preparation Training aims to build the confidence and motivation of job seekers as well as equip them with the necessary skills to secure and sustain employment. EQUIP Pain Management Program AW Workwise understands that chronic pain can seriously impact a Job Seeker’s quality of life and their ability to actively engage in the workforce. EQUIP aims to build the coping and self management skills of the Job Seeker equipping them with the ability to successfully secure and sustain employment. |
